Our strength
1. Laboratory
2. 30cubic meter solid and gas detection chamber: built according to GB/18801-2015 national standards, solid CADR and gaseous CADR for air filter performance testing
3. 3 cubic meter solid and gas aging chamber: testing air filter performance, air filter aging testing, filtering mesh aging testing (CCM).
4. Filtering material testing station: product testing results are identical with US TSI8130 automatic material testing device.
5. Wind tunnel testing: proceed according to EN779 standard. Testing the damage of air filter under wind pressure and filtering efficiency.
6. Automation pleating machine: Capable of slitting different specification of material, pleating material into wavelike shape to increase its filter surface area.
7. Glue dispensing machine: Dispensing glue on the peak of the wave shape filter, setting the space between peaks, ensuring the aeration.
8. Edge pleating: Making sure every frame is manufactured according to quality requirements
9. Robotic arm glue filling: Enable automated framing, reducing human error, increasing productivity and quality
10. Product inspection: Ensuring the quality of the product before shipping
